The Drawbridge Hotel and Convention Center is prepared to meet all the room needs of individuals and families attending the 2011 IFCA Adult Convention. The Drawbridge Hotel offers 381 comfortable and carefully maintained guest rooms. Enjoy free Wi-fi access and newspaper, TV, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and clock radio. Additional amenities include a free and delicious continental breakfast to start your day, an indoor and outdoor pool, and fitness center.
The room rate is $79.00 single or double per night plus tax. This group rate will be available Monday, June 20, 2011 through Monday, July 4, 2011 based on availability. The hotel is holding a block of rooms for our convention through, June 1, 2011. After that cut-off date, the hotel will release the unreserved rooms for general sales. Plan to make reservations early to avoid the higher rates or the room block being full. Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. Phone 1-800-354-9793 to make reservations, request the IFCA group rate. The hotel will require a credit card guarantee or first night deposit to confirm the reservation. Upon arrival a credit card imprint is required at check-in.

The package includes four dinners and two lunches inclusive, NO LUNCH WILL BE SERVED WEDNESDAY. Wednesday, June 29, we will be at the Creation Museum and you may purchase lunch at the Museum. The Meal Plan begins with dinner on Monday, June 28, and ends with dinner, on Thursday, June 30, 2011, except for lunch on Wednesday. a free and delicious continental breakfast to start your day is provided by the hotel. Pricing: Weekly Meal Ticket for those who are guests staying in the hotel, adults $89.00 and children ages 3 - 10, $70.00. Children under 3 may eat off their parent’s plate for free. For those who are not guests staying in the Drawbridge Hotel and Convention Center, the weekly meal ticket is adult $109.00 and children ages 3 - 10, $85.00.
The Drawbridge Hotel and Convention Center operates regularly scheduled airport transportation for hotel guests on a complimentary basis to and from the Greater Cincinnati/Northern KY International Airport
. When you arrive at the airport baggage claim area call 800-354-9793 or 859-341-2800 for your shuttle information. One handicap accessible van is available on request. Our drivers may only transport guests with confirmed hotel reservations.

For ages 5 – 12 yrs, Richard and Sue Stepanek of Alpha Omega Institute
of Grand Junction, CO will be presenting a children’s program at the 2011 annual IFCA Convention. The sessions will include power point teaching on creation, geared specifically for children. Some of the topics covered will include dinosaurs, fossils, design in nature, evidence of Noah’s flood, Bible accounts, etc. The children will also enjoy songs, crafts, puppets, hands-on fossil lab, science experiments, and various other activities. Our goal is to educate the children in the truths of God’s Word in an engaging, interactive setting. You must pre-register your child with IFCA by May 31st, (register on-line

) or call before that date (800-347-1840) and let the Home Office know the names / ages of your children that will be attending. This is necessary so that we can plan adequately for the Children’s Program.
This year the Women will enjoy a day with Dr. Georgia Purdom, Ph. D. from Answers in Genesis. She is going to speak on Tuesday morning in two Women’s sessions and then Tuesday afternoon in a longer women’s session. Her topics are: First Session: Biblical Womanhood: Reclaiming Genesis as the Foundation; Second Session: Hope Amid Despair: The Legacy of Eve, and in the afternoon Session: Are Your Kids Already Gone? Parenting to Build a Faith Your Kids Will Keep. There will be no Ladies Luncheon at the convention this year due to our groups visit to The Creation Museum.
One of the great opportunities at the 2011 IFCA International Annual Convention will be our group visit to The Creation Museum
(15 minutes from the convention hotel). The museum will open for IFCA delegates at 9:00 am on Wednesday, June 29. Entry fee into The Creation Museum is NOT included in the IFCA Convention registration. However, tickets are reduced in price 30% for IFCA Convention
delegates who wear their convention lanyard and badge as ID: $12.95 for ages 60 and older; $16.95 for ages 13-59; $8.95 for ages 5-12; children under 5 are free. Planetarium tickets are $6 each. Our group visit is planned to extend from 9 am to 4:30 pm on Wednesday, June 29. Some transportation will be provided, but those who can drive are encouraged to do so.
