Below are some key pieces of information to consider when choosing IFCA’s Annual Convention as your place to exhibit or sponsor.

ATTENDANCE: Attendance at the IFCA Annual Convention brings together a highly engaged community of leaders and decision-makers, making it an ideal environment for meaningful connection and visibility. We average 450-500 attendees each year and have been seeing an increase in numbers.

LIMITED EXHIBITOR SPACE: Exhibitor registration operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Although we strive to accommodate all ministries that wish to exhibit, we must adhere to our deadlines with external vendors. Consequently, please be aware of the registration and advertising deadlines provided below.

EXHIBITOR COMMITMENT: Conference Kick-off: 5:00 PM Monday, June 29, 2026
Conference Adjourns:  12:00 PM, July 3, 2026

DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION: Exhibit space will be available on a first-come, first-served basis until all spaces are sold out
or until June 12, whichever comes first.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SETUP TIME AND CHECK-IN: An email will be sent to all registered exhibitors at least 3 weeks before the conference with details on setup time, where to check in, how and where to ship booth materials in advance, etc.
