Exhibiting or sponsoring at the 2027 IFCA Annual Convention is more than a marketing opportunity—it is a partnership in ministry. This convention brings together pastors, leaders, and decision-makers who are actively seeking trusted resources to strengthen their churches and organizations. By exhibiting or sponsoring, you gain meaningful exposure, build authentic relationships, and align your organization with the shared mission of advancing the Gospel. Your presence helps equip leaders, support ministry growth, and make a lasting impact that extends far beyond the convention.
Below are some key pieces of information to consider when choosing IFCA’s Annual Convention as your place to exhibit or sponsor.
ATTENDANCE: Attendance at the IFCA Annual Convention brings together a highly engaged community of leaders and decision-makers, making it an ideal environment for meaningful connection and visibility. We average 450-500 attendees each year and have been seeing an increase in numbers.
LIMITED EXHIBITOR SPACE: Exhibitor registration operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Although we strive to accommodate all ministries that wish to exhibit, we must adhere to our deadlines with external vendors. Consequently, please be aware of the registration and advertising deadlines provided below.
EXHIBITOR COMMITMENT: Conference Kick-off: 5:00 PM Monday, June 28, 2027
Conference Adjourns: 12:00 PM, July 2, 2027
BOOTH PRICING: Booth pricing varies by level and sponsorship opportunity, with options designed to maximize impact and value.

Please note that exhibitor registration fees are non-refundable.

^Registration does not include a meal plan. Meal plans are sold separately.
**As a courtesy to other vendors, displays must fit inside your designated booth area.
DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION: Exhibit space will be available on a first-come, first-served basis until all spaces are sold out
or until June 12*, whichever comes first.
*Sponsorships that include breakout sessions and ad placements will have varying deadlines, depending on the availability of breakout time slots and advertising space.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SETUP TIME AND CHECK-IN: An email will be sent to all registered exhibitors at least 3 weeks before the conference with details on setup time, where to check in, how and where to ship booth materials in advance, etc.
HOTEL ARRANGEMENTS: Each representative is responsible for
their own hotel accommodations.
The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of the exhibitor’s activities on the event premises and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless, as well as their respective agents and employees, from any such losses, damages, and claims.
All breakout seminars and promotional materials require IFCA approval prior to the convention and must faithfully reflect the theological and philosophical commitments of the fellowship.
IFCA International reserves the right to decline any sponsorship application.
