We are excited to share that this year’s IFCA Convention brings several meaningful changes as we return to hosting our gathering in local churches. This shift allows us to enjoy a warmer, more connected environment—one that reflects the heart of our fellowship—while also introducing a few important updates to how certain logistics will be handled. Hotels, airport transportation, general ground transportation, and special dietary needs will look a bit different this year in light of the new venue format. We’re grateful for the opportunity to partner with our churches once again and look forward to the unique benefits this setting provides as we come together for a rich and encouraging week of ministry.

The Whittier area offers a wide selection of hotels to meet a variety of preferences and budgets. For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved at the DoubleTree by Hilton Whittier Los Angeles, though participants are welcome to make arrangements at any nearby hotel.

Room Rate: $159 per night, plus applicable taxes (Currently 10.5% sales tax & 10% Occupancy tax)
The group is available from June 29 through July 3, 2026, subject to availability. The hotel will hold our block of rooms until June 7, 2026. After that date, remaining rooms will be released for general sale at the regular rate. We encourage you to make your reservations early to ensure availability within the room block.
When traveling to the convention in Whittier, CA, you have several convenient airport options:
Long Beach Airport (LGB) is approximately 24 Miles away, with an estimated drive time of 30 minutes
Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is about 27 Miles away, generally a 35-45 minute drive depending on traffic
John Wayne Airport (SNA) in Orange County lies roughly 28 miles from Whittier and is about a 45-minute drive
We encourage you to select the airport that best fits your flight availability, travel preferences, and budget.

Attendees are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the airport, as well as between their hotel and the convention Venue. We encourage the use of rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) or carpooling with other attendees when possible. While the convention staff is unable to provide transportation, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation as yoy plan your travel details.

However, due to the variety of needs and limited catering options, we are unable to accommodate individual dietary preferences or food allergies. The DoubleTree by Hilton Whittier offers complimentary parking for overnight guests. First Fundamental Bible Church offers ample parking and has gracouslu made space avalible for dry camping ( No RV hookups) in their secure parking lot for thosr who wish to stay on-site

Our nursery and children's program are focused on learning, safety and fun. Parents are not the only ones being taught. Our children's program is focused on sharing the Gospel with your children. There are lesson times, snacks, and activities each day. Additionally, each group is adequately staffed to ensure child safety at all times.
